Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We understand that plans change, but as a local service business, last-minute cancellations significantly impact our operations.
1. Notice Required
We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment without penalty.
2. Cancellation Fees
- Cancellations with less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a fee equal to your deposit or 20% of the total estimated job cost.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled start time will be charged at 50% of the total estimated job cost.
3. Access Issues
If our team arrives at the property and is unable to gain access (e.g., no keys provided, client not home), the full service fee will be charged to cover labor and travel costs.
