1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a cleaning service with PureGleam Cleaning, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Quotations and Pricing

• All quotes provided via email or phone are estimates based on the information provided by the client.
• Minimum booking times apply (e.g., 3 hours for one-off domestic cleaning, 5 hours for after-builders cleaning).
• A deposit is required to secure End of Tenancy and One-Off cleaning slots.

3. Equipment and Materials

• Unless explicitly stated or booked as a £30 surcharge, PureGleam Cleaning provides all necessary professional cleaning equipment and detergents for specialized cleans (End of Tenancy, Deep Cleaning, After Builders).
• For Regular Domestic cleaning, clients may be required to provide basic equipment (vacuum, mop) and cleaning solutions unless otherwise agreed.

4. Guarantees

Our End of Tenancy cleaning carries a 48-hour guarantee. If the inventory clerk identifies any omissions, we will return to re-clean those specific areas free of charge. This guarantee does not cover new dirt accumulated after the service is completed.
